InGens Lost File Slammer by Jazon19 InGens Lost File Slammer by Jazon19
Doedicurus
Code Name: Slammer
Diet:Grass and low plants.
Habitat: The Grasslands.
Length: 4 M
Height: 5 ft
Weight: 2 tons
Time period: Pleistocene, 10,000 years ago

The Doedicurus are a species of giant armadillo bred by InGen. They live on the Grasslands alongside the Ankylosaurs who seem to have adopted them as distant cousins. They dont have many problems with predators due to their armour and heavy spiked tails, the only species that hunt them with any success were the species of velociraptor. Who would get under under a animal and off balance them, tipping them onto their back allowing the pack to attack the soft underside.

Slow witted and slow moving, they could be handled with relative ease by the keepers. However, when startled the species tucks its head down and starts swinging its tail, causing massive damage to anything in its path.

Hazard Level: Low unless startled, then consider as moderate.

I can imagine a Smilodon fighting a Velociraptor or hunting a young Triceratops.
